Today, as part of the reform of the education system in Kazakhstan, the problem of maintaining and strengthening the health of primary school students is becoming particularly relevant. The study examined the features of psychological and physical adaptation of children during primary school.
The analysis of scientific literature revealed that the main factors affecting school health are: improper organization of study and recreation, low physical activity, poor nutrition, non-compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, insufficient valeological training of teachers and limited collaboration with parents. The health-saving space is characterized as an environment conducive to the comprehensive development and formation of a harmonious personality of students.
The study recognized the importance of integrating pedagogical, psychological, and medico-social aspects. To increase the effectiveness of the organization of a health-saving space in primary schools, it is proposed to use innovative programs and projects, organize physical culture and sports events, and form a culture of health in the educational process.
Measures to reduce the nervous and psychological stress of students, teach a healthy lifestyle and support the professional health of teachers were also considered. According to the results of the study, the health-saving space is a comprehensive system aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle that ensures the physical and mental development and emotional well-being of students.
These measures ensure the adaptation of students to learning, the development of self-management skills and the formation of a harmonious personality in society. The results of the study make it possible to apply the pedagogical and methodological foundations of the organization of a health-saving environment in educational organizations in practical terms. The health-saving space in the education system contributes not only to protecting the health of students, but also to improving their cognitive and social abilities. The article examines in detail the essence and content, organizational conditions and pedagogical approaches to the health-saving space in primary schools.
