Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the development of a multilingual intelligent assistant for educational institutions based on artificial intelligence technologies. The proposed system is a modern digital solution that integrates automatic speech recognition, speech-to-text transcription, and multilingual translation functions. During the research, the theoretical foundations of automatic speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine translation technologies were analyzed, and their application possibilities in the educational process were investigated.

The article describes the architecture, functional modules, and software implementation stages of the multilingual assistant. The system is aimed at converting educational materials into digital format, storing and reusing them, as well as reducing language barriers. The proposed solution enables the automation of the educational process, reduces the workload of teachers, and increases students’ access to information.

The research results demonstrate that the intelligent assistant can be effectively applied in universities, online learning platforms, and distance education systems. In addition, the system can serve as a useful tool in inclusive educational environments for users with special needs. The work identifies a promising direction for the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the field of education.
