Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine artificial intelligence as a key trend in the tourism industry. Modern developments in the form of artificial intelligence and digital systems have found application in many aspects of the tourism sector. The main goal of this study is to develop new ways of introducing modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into the field of tourism services, as well as methods for attracting tourists.

The digital space enables the use of new tools of mathematical and software code for automating processes and recognizing images. Artificial intelligence is being widely implemented in various areas of society and production. Publications from recent years indicate that the tourism industry is a dynamic field that utilizes AI tools to automate processes such as booking, registration, and more. This primarily has a positive impact on the quality of services provided and enhances the competitiveness of tourism companies.

The article on artificial intelligence in tourism and hospitality analyzes the possibilities and limitations of its use, and considers various examples of AI application in the industry, such as optimizing prices for tickets and accommodations, automating booking processes, providing personalized services, and processing customer inquiries using chatbots.

The article explores the use of artificial intelligence platforms in the tourism sector. The reasons for introducing AI into this field are analyzed. A study was conducted on the use of AI-based platforms in tourism products. Types and structures of recommendation systems were examined, and platforms used by tourism enterprises were presented. Both positive and negative aspects of implementing AI in the tourism sector were highlighted.
