FORMATION OF A CULTURE OF MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS THROUGH THE WORKS OF ABAI KUNANBAYEV

Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical effectiveness of using the philosophical and ethical heritage of Abai Kunanbayuly in shaping the culture of managerial communication of students in the modern system of higher education. The study is based on the consideration of managerial culture not only as organizational and professional abilities, but also as a complex phenomenon through emotional intelligence, ethical reflection and spiritual consciousness.  The study examines the pedagogical potential of Abai Kunanbaevich's works in shaping the culture of managerial communication among students in the modern higher education system.

The article analyzes managerial, moral and ethical ideas in Abai's edification and poetry in comparison with the values of modern education management. The poet said, "Be a Man!"The ideas of diligence, justice and responsibility are considered as the main psychological and pedagogical mechanism aimed at the personal improvement of the student and the development of a culture of professional communication. The planned research work consists of diagnostic, experimental and final stages. It will analyze the impact of extracurricular activities based on Abai's works on the ruling culture of students. The approaches of comparative-analytical, historical-philosophical and pedagogical modeling will be used as a methodological basis.

The article theoretically substantiates the role of the Abai concept of "complete man" and spiritual and moral principles in the words of edification in the development of emotional intelligence and communicative competencies of students.

In addition, Abai's philosophy, combined with modern management theories and leadership concepts, provides an integrative framework for students' professional and personal development. The article proves the methodological and practical value of combining the national spiritual heritage and modern pedagogical methods in the educational process, this area is presented as an innovative pedagogical experience in the formation of students' managerial culture.
