Abstract

Schoolchildren are those people who are not yet adapted to society, whose behavior is just being formed, and their psychological feelings have not yet been stabilized. The predominance of feelings such as anxiety and anxiety in them is also a pattern. This is because they perceive any information quickly and closely. As a rule, anxiety is a condition in which a person gets into a stressful situation due to too high or excessively depressed mental state, feelings and emotions. Of course, everyone experiences anxiety in different ways. Despite this, younger members of society can feel anxious about any situation and feel uncomfortable. This is because they are not fully socialized, they are in the process of adapting, and they are developing psychological stability. Students' anxiety is often directly related to academic performance. This is concern about friendship in the classroom due to the inability to get along with subject teachers, misunderstanding of the lesson, fear of mistakes in completing assignments, and inability to freely engage in communicative relationships. Of course, there are many problems that fall into this list. Therefore, the job of school psychologists is to prevent this anxiety and strengthen students' confidence. Unfortunately, students' anxiety can also be caused by some family problems. Therefore, in this article we will analyze in detail the causes of anxiety and tell you about measures aimed at its prevention. The study focused on many scientific concepts and used definitions published in the press. The ways of optimal solution of the problem are considered, information necessary for industry specialists is presented, aspects of its application in practice are introduced. We hope that the scientific article will be useful to school psychologists, subject teachers and parents, as well as to anyone who intends to replenish their psychological and pedagogical knowledge. In accordance with the topic of each section, the text of the article was written, and a comprehensive analysis of the problem solution was carried out. These studies will have a positive impact on the quality of knowledge and educational upbringing, and will pave the way for the proper formation of students' personal qualities.
