LEADERSHIP SKILLS OF THE HEAD OF THE SCHOOL AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE RESULTS OF THE ORGANIZATION

The article examines the role of the school head in the context of social transformations and digital changes in the modern education system in a comprehensive scientific analysis. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the structural and functional relationship between the leadership style of the school principal and the effectiveness of the educational organization. The review work was carried out through a systematic analysis of domestic and foreign scientific papers related to leadership in education, based on the paradigm of qualitative research.
The study analyzed the substantive features of transformational, transactional, service and authoritarian leadership models and their impact on the organizational culture of the school, the professional activity of teachers and the academic achievements of students. The results showed that transformational leadership has the most positive impact on the strategic development of the school, the growth of innovative potential and the strengthening of collective motivation.
In addition, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, ethical responsibility and the reflective culture of the school head are identified as the main determinants of managerial effectiveness.
The conclusions of the study substantiate the need to review the system of training and professional development of school leaders. The comprehensive development of leadership competencies will make it possible to realize the internal potential of the educational organization, strengthen the culture of professional partnership and improve the quality of strategic management. The results of the article expand the theoretical and methodological base of management of educational organizations and provide a scientific basis aimed at improving pedagogical policy and personnel training system.
The theoretical considerations presented in the article are aimed at revising school management practices, forming a scientific and methodological basis for leadership development programs, and proposing a new scientific approach to the strategic management of educational organizations and the establishment of a leadership culture in the teaching environment.
