ON IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF CONTAINER TRANSPORTATION IN THE TRANSPORT NETWORK OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In this review article, taking into account the crucial role of containerization of cargo transportation not only in the development of international trade, but also in its positive impact on the country's domestic economic development, the authors explore ways to enhance the efficiency of container transportation in Kazakhstan's transportation network. They analyze the challenges of improving the planning of container transportation on railways and the regulation of the container fleet. It has been determined that container transportation in Kazakhstan has significant potential and allows for the transportation of goods over long distances, significantly simplifying the delivery process. The principles of the comprehensive development of the container transport system have been identified and formulated, ensuring the comprehensive development and implementation of cargo transportation in containers with maximum technical and economic benefits. The role of the components of the container transport system in improving the efficiency of railway transport has been highlighted.
