This article provides a comprehensive analysis of how gamification, which occupies an important place in the modern educational landscape, is perceived by Generations Z, Alpha, and Beta. The psychological, cognitive, and social characteristics of each generation are examined, and their attitudes toward learning and motivational factors are comparatively analyzed.
The digital adaptability of Generation Z, the high demand for interactivity among Generation Alpha, and the development of new skills in Generation Beta in close connection with artificial intelligence define various approaches to the effective use of gamification tools.
The article explores the impact of gamification elements (game mechanics, reward systems, competition, and collaboration) on the learning process and identifies their role in enhancing learners’ intrinsic motivation, developing cognitive activity, and increasing emotional engagement.
In addition, differences in how gamification is perceived by each generation are highlighted, and the need to adapt educational content is substantiated.
The study emphasizes the importance of gamification integrated with artificial intelligence technologies in the future education system. It examines opportunities for personalizing the learning process, adapting it to individual learner characteristics, and assessing learning outcomes in real time through AI technologies.
The scientific novelty of the article lies in proposing new methodological approaches to integrating gamification into the educational process based on intergenerational comparison. These approaches are aimed at improving modern education systems and increasing learning effectiveness across different generations.
