Abstract

The article is devoted to the development and analysis of an integration solution between the Platonus 6.0 educational system and the 1C: Accounting system in the context of digital transformation of university management. The main requirements for data exchange between the systems, the specifics of financial information structures, mechanisms for automated reconciliation of payments, and updating of student records are considered. Based on the integration manual, the architecture of data exchange was reconstructed, including the creation of a universal API interface, the use of intermediate formats, implementation of data validation, configuration of secure transmission through protected channels, and ensuring bidirectional synchronization of payment statuses. The application of integration eliminates manual data entry, reduces financial errors, ensures timely updating of debts, and increases transparency of educational processes. The practical significance of the work lies in creating a solution that can be scaled and applied in other universities to automate accounting and financial control processes. Additionally, the study demonstrates that integration contributes to the formation of a university’s digital ecosystem, enhances the efficiency of interdepartmental interaction, and aligns with global trends in educational technology development, making the proposed model both relevant and promising. This solution also opens opportunities for further expansion of functionality and integration with other management systems, enabling the university to adapt to rapidly changing requirements of the digital environment.
