Abstract

The article examines the relevance and effectiveness of introducing gamification into the educational process in the training of primary school teachers. Based on the research, the importance of digitalization in modern society, the widespread use of information technologies in the educational process, as well as the strategic directions of President K. Tokayev's policy in the field of education were considered.

The authors analyzed the works of foreign and domestic scientists, in particular L. P. Varenina, K. Verbakh, S. Detering, E. Carr-challenge, D. Clark, E. Klopfer, L. S. Vygotsky, V. V. Davydov and G. P. Shchedrovitsky, analyzing the theoretical and methodological foundations.

The study examined the pedagogical, psychological and motivational aspects of introducing game elements into the learning process, and found that they contribute to the development of students' creative abilities, self-realization and stimulation of cognitive interest.

In addition, practical experience and interactive methodologies for assessing the impact of gamification on the educational process were considered. The article systematically describes the principles of organizing play activities, ways to increase student engagement and motivation.

The results of the study showed that the use of gamification in primary schools increases the involvement of students in the educational process, increases the effectiveness of learning and allows integration into the process of higher education as an innovative method in modern pedagogical practice.

Thus, gamification is considered an effective tool for activating the learning process in elementary schools, increasing interest in education and developing creativity. Teachers, using this method competently, can raise the quality of education to a new level.
