Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current challenges, strategic directions, and practical opportunities for improving the quality management system of physical education in rural schools. Within the scope of the study, scientifically grounded methods for effectively enhancing students’ physical development and motor activity under the conditions of limited material, technical, and human resources in rural educational institutions are examined.

In particular, the article proposes comprehensive approaches to managing the quality of physical education, including systematic monitoring of students’ physical development, continuous professional development of physical education teachers, and ensuring active interaction among schools, families, and local communities.

The theoretical foundation of the study is based on criteria for assessing physical development and motor activity, as well as innovative management methods aimed at improving the effectiveness of physical education, taking into account the age-specific characteristics of students. Furthermore, the study explores pragmatic approaches to improving the quality of physical education in rural schools with limited resource potential, including optimizing the educational and training process, integrating information technologies, applying pedagogical innovations, and effectively using monitoring systems.

The recommendations and approaches presented in the article enable the creation of comprehensive mechanisms for systematic management of physical education quality in rural educational institutions, ensure continuous monitoring of students’ physical development, and promote increased motor activity. Moreover, the research findings provide scientifically grounded recommendations for improving the physical education management system in rural schools, aimed at enhancing the quality of education and strengthening public health.
